| TRAHC Members Have
Seat Assignments Priority...And Receive An Additional Discount
TRAHC members must have orders in by Oct. 2 to have assignment
priority. Please remember that 1998-99 TRAHC members get first
choice of seats, so if you haven't joined or renewed your membership, you
may do so now by writing your membership dues amount on the order form.
Beginning Oct. 5 orders will be filled for the general public on a
first come, first served basis, so be certain to send in your order early.
Subscribing to the 1998-99 Perot Theater Series is easy. Plus
season patrons receive benefits that make purchasing the full series too
inviting to pass up!
A VARIETY OF WAYS TO PAY
You may pay for your tickets by check, money order, MasterCard or VISA.
To avoid the possibility of loss, please do not send cash through the
mail.
WANT TO SIT WITH FRIENDS?
If you would like to sit with friends, be sure to send your orders in
together in ONE envelope. Please include your friends' names and
addresses with your order form.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Limited wheelchair spaces are available. Spaces must be reserved at
the time of ticket purchase. Restrooms for mobility impaired are
located on the orchestra level. Assistive listening devices for the
hearing impaired are available.
WE PREFER MAIL ORDERS
However, if you have questions, need assistance, or require additional
forms, phone (903) 792-4992 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday during the season, and someone will be happy to assist
you. During the summer, the box office will close at 2:30 p.m. on
Fridays.
TICKETS WILL BE MAILED
All ticket orders are stamped with the date they arrive at the TRAHC
office and whether or not they are to receive a priority on seating
assignment. If two individuals request the same seats, a decision is
made based on the date of the receipt.
If you have not received your tickets by Oct. 19, please call
us. |
| CONVENIENCE:
No box office lines! TRAHC mails tickets directly to you.
At performance time, simply enter the theater, hand the usher your
ticket, and take your seat.
LOST TICKET PROTECTION:
Tickets are replaced at no cost to you if they are ever lost or
stolen.
SENIOR CITIZENS & STUDENTS:
Senior citizen prices are applicable for ages 65 and over.
Student prices are applicable for ages 25 and under who are
full-time students.
PARKING: Convenient on and
off street parking is available within one block of the theater.
DRESS: Informal attire is
entirely appropriate for most events. Some like to
"dress-up" for performances; others choose to be more
casual.
LATE SEATING: Those arriving
late will be seated at the discretion of management at an
appropriate time in the performance. Latecomers will be seated
at the back of the house.
SEATING CAPACITY: Because of
fire regulations, the capacity of the theater is limited to the
number of seats. Parents cannot hold children in their laps
without providing a separately purchased seat. Many programs in
the regular season are not appropriate for children because of their
length and content.
HOUSE OPENS APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF HOUR
PRIOR: Lobby doors open three hours prior to the
beginning of each performance. We try to open the house
one-half hour before curtain. As you make plans to attend the
theater, please remember that if you arrive early, we cannot let you
be seated. Although we would like to let you in, the time the
house opens is often set by performers' contracts and those last few
minutes are spent by our house staff to make certain everything is
ready to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable evening at the
theater.
TICKET RETURNS: If you are
unable to use tickets for a performance, please either give them to
friends or return them to the box office at least 24 hours before
curtain to allow for other customers to obtain them. Although
TRAHC can't make refunds on tickets, we'll be happy to give you a
receipt acknowledging the tickets as tax deductible contributions. |
RESTROOMS AND
WATER FOUNTAINS: Restrooms and water fountains are
located on all three floors of the theater. First floor
facilities are accessible to the mobility impaired, and are located
on the south side of the theater (turn left as you enter the theater
from the lobby, then left again past the staircase). Second
floor restrooms are located on the mezzanine (men - south side;
women - north side). The second floor water fountain is
adjacent to the women's restroom. On the third floor,
restrooms are located on the corridor behind the upper balcony.
The water fountain is at the north end of the corridor.
NO CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES, PAGERS,
BEEPERS, CELL PHONES: As a courtesy to other audience
members and to help prevent disruptions, we request that all pocket
pagers and beepers be checked at the box office prior to curtain
time, with your seat number indicated. We will be glad to
summon you from the audience at the first appropriate opportunity
should you be paged.
PROTECT YOUR TICKET:
Everything you need to know about a performance is on your ticket.
You'll find the day, time, price and seat location printed on the
ticket. Please note that if you buy a pair of tickets in the
side sections your tickets will be numbered with even numbers or odd
numbers. That means seats 5 and 7 are next to each other on
one side of the theater and seats 4 and 6 are next to each other on
the opposite side.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Perot
Theater Series subscriptions or gift certificates for individual
performances make practical, unique, and appreciated gifts!
Gift certificates may be purchased at the Box Office.
SINGLE TICKETS: TRAHC members
can purchase single tickets at any time after series sales are
completed. Single tickets to non-members go on sale
approximately two weeks prior to the event. Purchase single
tickets during regular box office hours or during intermission on
nights of performance.
*$5 seats are available for all shows in Zone 5, Upper Balcony, Rows U and V.
These seats are not available as a series package. Other discounts do not
apply. Programs and dates subject to change.
